First, a little history:
My previous headphones were sennhesier px-100II. I had those for about 3 years, and just recently the dreaded right channel cut out. In recent times, I mostly wore them to the gym. The headphones were good, but the biggest downside to wearing them at the gym was the cord. I couldn't run on the treadmill while watching an episode on my phone because I would inevitably bump the cord with my swinging arm, and knock the phone to the ground. The other big problem is that they didn't do a great job of blocking out ambient noise (for some reason I don't understand, gyms love to blast crappy music over their speaker system), so when the people in the show were speaking with low voices, I could barely hear them even the with the volume turned all the way up, and then loud noises were way too loud, and I had to keep adjusting the volume.

Now, for the present:
Once my sennheiser headphones stopped working right, I took the opportunity to see if there were any wireless headphones that were actually good. My research eventually landed me here, on the skullcandy uproar headphones. I just got these in the mail this week, and I've worn them to the gym twice now. They are amazing! First let me tell you - and this was the biggest thing I looked for - THE AUDIO STAYS IN SYNC WITH THE VIDEO, there is no delay or lag. I have a nexus 6P, and I use Plex to watch episodes. Second, these headphones block noise better than my old px-100II. Not completely, mind you, but pretty good. They also have a louder volume. These two things combined also correct the other problem that I was having - I can hear when the people in the show talk softly without turning the volume up, *and* the loud noises aren't too loud, so I don't have to keep adjusting the volume. And I guess Third, the sound quality is perfectly fine, but then again I'm wearing these at the gym.

In conclusion, these headphones are perfect for my needs.

PS: I only wear these to the gym, and my phone is only one or two feet away, so I can't comment on the range, and I only use the headphones for an hour at a time, so I can't comment on the battery life either.
